TAO is happy to announce that it was once again chosen for the PISA studies (Program for International Students Assessment) of the OECD.
Indeed, TAO has participated in those studies since 2009 and still will in 2015 with a growing role. Those studies take place every 3 years. So far, 60 countries were assessed representing 90% of the world economy. In each country, among 4,500 and 50,000 students take the tests.
Rather than evaluating what they learn, PISA focuses on assessing how 15 year old students are capable of using their knowledge. These studies are meant to measure how they are prepared to face real life challenges.
