July 2024 Release

See what we’ve been working on behind the scenes this month to enhance our platform. We’re pleased to share the updates and fixes pertaining to this month’s TAO release below.

TAO Portal Updates

• Users uploading .csv files to TAO can now access and download template files with sample data and the correct file structure to help ensure proper file formatting. Also, multiple columns have been renamed and their name consolidated in terms of naming convention.
• Email unicity is now validated across TAO Portal, to ensure that an email is not used by mistake by 2 or more different users.
  
• We’ve resolved an issue with the “Group” column within the Users list view where the Group names were not being displayed.
• We’ve resolved an issue where sessions for test-takers who did not start the test (before it was automatically closed due to its configuration) showed the wrong status of “Awaiting scoring”. Test-takers will now receive the correct status of “Not attempted”.
• Users authenticating into the Content Bank from TAO Portal will now experience the Authoring module in the same language as the one defined for their user in TAO Portal

TAO Advance Updates

• We’ve resolved an issue with inline images in TAO Authoring, where the text was not properly wrapped around the image.
